Mother-in-Law Annex Buildings / ADU's in Grand Junction, CO

Came up to Rangely from Grand Junction (so about 90 miles north), for which I am eternally grateful. Replaced both my doors, which were improperly hung to begin with and was able to get screen doors mounted to both the front and back which a previous contractor said I would have to adjust my overhangs to do, without having to adjust said overhangs! All four doors work perfectly and are true and level. Excellent work! Extremely friendly and easy to talk to and a great sense of humor. The guys he brings are top-notch as well. Highly recommended!

I called Dragonfly Construction because of a leaky roof, damaged ceiling, and the beginning of mold in my storage/workshop building. Joe gave a very reasonable estimate and had the job done in record time. He had to replace half of the ceiling Sheetrock after remediating the mold. I was very pleased with his work.

We had Dragonfly construction build are detached garage. Joe was great to work with. I tried to find mistakes in their work but couldn't even find a missed nail. He wasn't the most expensive.
